I was obese for years. I avoided looking in mirrors, stood behind everyone else in pictures (or avoided them altogether!), and had a closet full of clothes that did not fit. My knees hurt, and my energy was low. Exercise and dieting were ineffective. I believed I ate healthily, but my lab work showed differently. I was introduced to this program in December 2011 and loved how simple it was to follow. I started feeling better within a week! I wasn't hungry, didn't crave anything, and most importantly, had energy to function! My weight loss was consistent, and I dropped over 70 pounds in just 23 weeks.
